    is looking for a

    Corporate Human Resources Manager

    that will be responsible for Human Resource leadership and supporting our facilities throughout the service territory.

    This position provides HR program and strategy execution across a full spectrum of Human Resources services to support operations and business initiatives.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Support of the SVM CDR system in executing HR strategies and initiatives, including but not limited to onboarding, employee hire to retire lifecycle, talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, strategic workforce planning and other site-specific HR work that is critical to provide effective support.

    Creating and administering Human Resource policies and procedures; conducting investigations, providing counsel and advice to employees and managers on Human Resource

    polices/practices/procedures.
    Managing day-to-day employee relations activities for the business

    As a member of the corporate leadership team, you will be supporting and directing cultural and employee engagement initiatives as well as serving as a participant and advisor during strategic alignment processes.

    Communicating and implementing corporate and regional Human Resource initiatives including benefits enrollment, policy changes and payroll.
    Promoting and maintaining a positive and respectful working environment
    Maintaining and updating compensation structure and developing and implementing performance and wage reviews.
    Possessing a continuous improvement mindset; recommending and implementing process improvements
    Possessing and modeling the organization's cultural beliefs reflecting a strong emphasis on accountability and measurement of results
    Providing and analyzing HR data to support recommendations for change.
    Supporting and managing HR systems and processes to ensure legal compliance.
    Leading and completing other miscellaneous projects as necessary.
    Other duties or responsibilities as assigned by senior management.


    EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or other related discipline or combination of education and experience.
    Minimum 8 years' experience in a multi-state HR partner role with a broad understanding of core HR processes within HR technology & systems, talent management, and total rewards
    5 years HR experience in a plant, manufacturing and/or industrial work environment.
    Experience collaborating and building strong relationships with a team of HR professionals, operations leadership and employees at all levels.
    Proven experience in HR compliance and legal industry changes and trends.
    Coaching, influencing, and making sound judgment calls.
    Experience in leading recruiting initiatives for high flow industries.
    Critical-thinking skills with the ability to think strategically and execute ideas.
    Solid negotiating and problem-solving skills.
    Thorough decision-making capability.
    Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office and a Human Capital Management (HRIS) system
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Must be willing to travel 15-25% occasionally as needed.


    Considered a Plus:

    • Experience with ERP &/or payroll system implementation & management.
    • Experience in working with an ATS system.
    • HR certifications from SHRM or HRCI

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
    Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc.

    Fingering and Repetitive motions, such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing in normal working environment.

    Express or exchange ideas with others quickly, accurately, and receive and act on detailed information.

    Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

    Move up to 20 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
