    We are seeking a dynamic and expert Senior Manager, Event Content (Strategy) to join our Strategic Events team.

    This role is responsible for crafting the content strategy, ensuring alignment with core business priorities, and maintaining high standards of quality, accountability and relevance.

    Working closely with the Event Strategy team, this role contributes to the success of our events by orchestrating content sessions that engage, inform, and encourage our audience.

    This role will evangelize the attendee experience, seeking to implement outstanding innovations and processes that ensure our customer experience stays at the forefront of all planning.

    The Senior Manager will leverage survey data to continuously refine and improve our content offerings, creating a closed loop of feedback and iteration.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Strategy Development:

    Collaborate with the event strategist and other collaborators to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.


    Alignment with Business Priorities:

    Work closely with the event strategist to understand core business priorities and ensure that the event content strategy is aligned and will deliver critical metrics.


    Content Session Allocation:

    Coordinate the allocation of content sessions across various tracks and formats, ensuring that each session contributes to the overall objectives of the event and delivers value to attendees.


    Upholding Content Standards:
    Establish and maintain content thresholds to ensure that all sessions meet high standards of quality, relevance, and engagement.

    Survey Data Analysis:
    Use survey data collected from event attendees to gain insights into their preferences, interests, and feedback. Analyze this data to advise future content decisions and improve the overall event experience.

    Continuous Improvement:

    Drive a culture of continuous improvement by using survey data and other metrics to identify areas for enhancement and innovation in content strategy and delivery.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate closely with various teams including marketing, sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment of content strategy with broader business initiatives.


    Qualifications:


    Minimum of 7 years in events experience, with 5 years in content strategy, preferably in a corporate event or conference setting.

    Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies that drive business results.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work optimally across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

    Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.

    Rainfocus certified is preferred
