Now Hiring for CNC Operator positions to interview and start ASAP

Job Duties:+ Operation and set up of CNC Lathe and Mills, and 3 axis VMC+ Preparation and manufacturing of high precision parts, including but not limited to the set-up and operation of the machine tool, part inspection and blueprint reading+ Experience with machine tool set-up and tool selection, including understanding of work holding devices and first part inspection+ Adapt cutting cycle or machining processes to accommodate for material irregularities+ Knowledge and application GD&T such as concentricity, roundness, parallelism and other print specifications+ Experience with choosing and applying measuring equipment, such as OD/ID mics, calipers, height, and bore gages+ Utilization of tool selection and changes, identifying materials characteristics, cutting fluids and tools, and tooling materials+ Understanding of safety, quality and continuous improvement expectations in a manufacturing environment+ Experience with metal fabrication, quality control and excellent mechanical skills are also a plus+ Routine preventative maintenance+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements:Good oral and written communication ability.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

High school diploma with trade school or Technical college experience preferred5 years similar experienceExperience with Fanuc controllersKnowledge of Mastercam and Cimco software a plus.
