    RN Part Time Days Position Summary

    This position involves providing direct clinical patient care. It entails assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients during each shift and at the unit level. The role also includes supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and suitable nursing care, the competence of clinical staff, and proper resource management in relation to patient care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession

    Education

    Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

    Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)

    Certification

    Required: Must currently be licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by state law, regulations, or policies. CPR certification is mandatory.
