Job Summary:
The Outpatient Psychotherapist is a key member of our treatment team, requiring advanced clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Serving as a resource for other therapists and multidisciplinary team members, this role involves conducting clinical services, participating in case management, discharge planning, and intervening in crisis situations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the treatment team, collateral contacts, and community agencies to deliver exceptional patient care services.
Additionally, this role requires providing clinical supervision to pre-licensed staff within the scope of designated state licensure.
Requirements include a master's degree in a relevant field, current licensure, and at least two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
This position also demands strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in software programs and equipment necessary for the role.
Licensures and certifications required for this position include MFT, LPCC, Psychologist, or LCSW license.
