    Job Description

    Job DescriptionSalary: 50,000/year plus

    · Responsible for supervision of crew performance and daily job instruction

    • Maintains accurate records of crew time, equipment, scheduled time, etc. and reports information to the Irrigation Manager on a timely basis
    • To be available for work Monday through Saturday, as scheduled, and be flexible with hours worked as required by seasonal schedule and weather conditions
    • Reviews and understands drawing, bids, and details with a designer in advance to determine job requirements
    • Follows instructions of the Production Manager without deviation from it
    • Installs projects per design; only making major alterations after approval from the designer and homeowner
    • Responsible for the loading and unloading of trucks to insure proper materials, supplies, and equipment for the job area available and onsite
    • Work in conjunction with the Irrigation Install Supervisor to facilitate a high level of training and expertise for all Landscape Staff
    • Aid in Interviewing, Hiring, & Training employees with the Irrigation Install Supervisor
    • Aid in performing Raises, Promotions, Discipline, And Terminations with the Irrigation Install Supervisor
    • Team member for scheduling Irrigation projects
    • Ability to lay-out drawings onsite to match the designs form and measurements
    • Customer communications courteous and as needed
    • Promote Safety
    • Provide leadership
    • Take responsibility for you and your crews' actions
    • Gain and expand a thorough working knowledge of irrigation systems
    • Follow and enforce company policy
    • Job not limited to this description

    · Ability to repeatedly lift at least 100 lbs using proper lifting techniques
