We're seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience in neurology dementia care or related fields who is passionate about improving quality of life for patients and caregivers.
In this role you will conduct cognitive functional assessments develop care plans tailored to the unique challenges of dementia monitor disease progression provide compassionate education and support to patients and their families.
