The Human Resources Support Specialist supports the Credit Union's Human Resources function by administering programs and processes that enhance the employee experience and ensure consistency and compliance across HR and Talent Development operations.

Assist the Recruiter with posting job openings on internal and external platforms in alignment with established guidelines.
Provide administrative support for candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication to ensure a professional and timely candidate experience.
