Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant kitchen, ensuring quality standards and communicating with FOH and BOH teams.Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training, coaching discipline and conducting performance appraisals for direct reports.
- Assign train support and direct staff to carry out basic operation roles giving maximum efficiency performance maintaining policy standards property.
