    We're working with a client headquartered in Cleveland to identify an

    Epic Cadence Architect.

    The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.


    Responsibilities:


    Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the Epic Cadence/Decision Tree module to support efficient scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows across healthcare facilities.


    Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Cadence configuration, workflows, integration points, and system interfaces, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.


    Lead Cadence build activities, including system configuration, rule development, master file maintenance, and data validation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.


    Participate in project planning, governance, and change management activities, coordinating with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Cadence solutions.


    Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and validation activities to ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of the Cadence module, identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner.

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of IT healthcare experience with hands-on Epic Cadence build and support experience


    Strong understanding of healthcare scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows, with knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.


    Proficiency in Epic Cadence build tools, configuration options, and customization capabilities, with experience in developing and maintaining Cadence master files, templates, and rules.

    Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, work effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
