- Assist teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
- Support students with special needs in accessing the curriculum and completing assignments.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed.
- Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers and parents as appropriate.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- At least one year of experience working in a school setting or similar environment.
- Meet all federal and state requirements for licensing and certifications.
