- Process AR invoices in NetSuite environment.
- Assist monthly accounts receivable close processes and enter service revenue related starting and ending date. Run NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management System).
- Reconcile all AR related general ledge accounts.
- Provide support on AR related auditing. Also follow all SOX compliance procedures.
- Assist collection related questions.
- Co-ordinating with customer support and sales teams.
- Review and issue credit notes related with AR invoices.
- File sales and use taxes returns on a timely basis.
- Work with customers and other departments to reconcile and resolve disputed accounts.
- Support special projects as needed and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- NetSuite experience is a must.
- NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management System) expertise is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferable in Accounts Receivable.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Be able to work in a standing position for an hour at a time and be able to position their body without additional support to obtain access to internal components of the system.

Job DescriptionSUMMARY:
