    About the roleWe are seeking a Director, People Partner to support our CRO and sales leadership teams. Reporting to the Sr.

    Director, People Partner Lead, this role will be critical in developing and implementing strategies that enable us to effectively hire for, grow, and retain our world-class sales organization.


    Role Responsibilities Consultation and Coaching:
    Leverage business acumen, knowledge of best practices, and relationships to provide thought partnership to the CRO and revenue leadership teams


    People Strategy:
    In concert with CRO and in consideration of people and revenue team OKRs, deliver and socialize revenue-specific people roadmap


    Org design:
    Partner with Recruiting to drive best in class hiring process with an eye on scalable org design principles (level mix, location strategy, succession planning, etc)

    Lead with data:
    Partner with Revenue leadership and COE functions to drive analysis, insights, and improvement in key people metrics

    Change Management:
    Partner with Revenue and HR leadership to drive execution of change management in line with Pendo values and best practice

    Employee relations:
    Navigate sensitive elements of the employee lifecycle with empathy, professionalism, and discretion

    Program Design and Management:
    Influence the outlook of cyclical people programs and work with L&D team to ensure aligned organizational understanding, implementation, and engagement

    Internal Mobility:
    In concert with Revenue leadership team,Manage promo and internal mobility process for Revenue. Partner with COE in developing and maintaining job architecture.
    Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HR experience, focusing on supporting sales or client-facing teams.
    Strong understanding of the sales function, including its challenges and dynamics.

    Experience partnering & supporting global teams (APAC, EMEA specifically).Exceptional communication skills; must be able to influence, build trust and motivate both horizontally and vertically.

    You can occasionally take your "hr hat off" and relate to and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
    Preferred Qualifications Past management experience with demonstrated ability to develop/nurture high-potential employees. You know your way around Google Sheets and regularly/comfortably use data (qualitative and quantitative) to tell a story/inform decisions.

    CompensationOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

    The expected salary range for this role to be performed in North Carolina is $180,000 - $210,000.Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
