- Troubleshoots products, sub-assemblies and circuit boards to ensure timely, accurate and complete failure investigations of product returns leading to root cause and corrective/preventive action.
- Generates appropriate service documentation and enters service orders through the ERP System
- Identifies complex failures and recommends solutions; provides MDR Reports to QA/RA when required; notifies QA of defective parts and failure documentation for investigation
- Repair and replacement of appropriate parts after thorough troubleshooting
- Complete MAQUET product training and certification programs prior to working on specific medical equipment
- Technical school degree (AAS) or equivalent in electronics preferred
- Must have the ability to read and interpret schematics
- Minimum of 5 years troubleshooting experience to the component level
