    **Join Our Dynamic Team as a Physical Therapist**

    **Job Description:**

    - Work Monday through Friday, no weekends
    - Enjoy one-hour evaluations and 45-minute follow-up appointments without the hassle of double booking.
    - Treat a manageable caseload of 8-9 patients per day.
    - Direct and administer physical therapy services under the guidance of the Director of Physical Therapy.
    - Coordinate and supervise department operations with a focus on quality improvement.
    - Maintain departmental performance within budget guidelines through effective financial management.
    - Ensure accurate and timely patient charge entry.
    - Comply with all state, federal, and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols.

    **Position Qualifications:**

    - 3 or more years of previous experience in physical therapy preferred.
    - Current California licensure or certification as a physical therapist.
    - Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
    - Expertise in rehabilitative medicine and physical therapy agents.
    - Proficiency in infection control and sterile techniques.
    - Current BCLS certification.
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    **Position Responsibilities:**

    - Exhibit professional behavior at all times.
    - Cultivate positive working relationships with patients, visitors, and staff.
    - Demonstrate effective time management and organizational abilities.
    - Compile and organize data using Microsoft Office Applications.
    - Maintain accurate and organized records, responding to requests promptly.
    - Communicate respectfully and clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
    - Assess patient needs and recommend treatment modifications to physicians as necessary.
    - Formulate teaching plans tailored to identified learning needs, including family involvement.
    - Create a safe and clean environment while managing equipment properly.
    - Involve patients and families in care planning processes.
    - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

    **Professional Requirements:**

    - Adhere to a neat and professional appearance.
    - Complete annual education and training requirements.
    - Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements.
    - Attend meetings and exhibit organization goals and ethics through daily duties.
    - Foster good rapport with physicians and departments within the facility.
