Barton Associates are in search of a customer-focused Information Technology Support Specialist to join our IT team based in York.We serve as primary Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk contact providing hands-on and remote support for hardware software Windows systems and connectivity issues,
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft environment including Outlook Office apps Teams email security SPF DKIM DMARC and user licensing.,
Knowledge of Windows Server environments core services Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy Utilize PowerShell scripting automation tools to improve IT operations manage deployments maintain accurate system inventory documentation Provide installation licensing troubleshooting support specialized engineering software AutoCAD Revit Bluebeam SKM Trane Trace Deliver strong customer service fast-paced multi-location environment prioritizing issues effectively while maintaining detailed documentation.
