Staff4Me is a leading healthcare staffing agency that connects qualified healthcare professionals with top-notch facilities. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Staff4Me, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
Assist registered nurses and physicians in performing various procedures and treatments.
Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and any changes in condition.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements

Valid LPN license in the state of employment.
1-5 years of experience
Previous experience as an LPN or in a similar healthcare role.
Knowledge of nursing care principles and procedures.
Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.
