Pay Rate - $DOE plus performance, end of year bonus, profit

Shift time - Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client provides customized tooling solutions for Bending, Punching, and Stamping customers to resolve their challenging fabrication issues.
If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge and be part of a team, they have an opportunity for a "innovative- motivated" Manufacturing
Engineer.
In this role you will be responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes maximizing efficiencies by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.
Master data projects (mass fixes, queries, reporting)
New Product Launches, costing and/or pricing analysis- taking from R&D and moving to shop floor
Conduct time and efficiency studies
Analyze and recommend layout and work flow
Review and recommend updates to production standards
Research and recommend capital equipment purchases (this is a priority as they have many machines that need to retire and need to look at more automated machinery)
Project research, justification, and implementation
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Manufacturing – Industrial or Mechanical Engineering –
Required
Familiarity w/ a production environment and advanced manufacturing processes
Required:
Visual Basics programming - Preferred
Previous experience w/ SolidWorks and SAP
CMM programming - Preferred
Skills to be successful - strong analytical, problem-solving skills, good communication skills, accountable, adaptable, motivated, innovative, problem solver, reliable and time management skills
Mastery of MS Office suite, specifically Excel
Excellent documentation skills
Master Data management experience
Collaborative Team Player and the ability to be mentor others
