    Description

    Examine, diagnose, and treat conditions of the human heart through a variety of therapeutic and diagnostic interventions including the use of ultrasound transducers to diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases and conditions that affect the heart and blood vessels, including coronary heart disease, heart valve disorders, congenital heart disease, angina, arrhythmias, and heart attack; examines, diagnoses, treats, and/or refers patients; prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications and treatment regiments as appropriate for assessed medical conditions. Maintains health record for each patient seen in accordance with health information management policies and procedures. Refers clients for appropriate specialty care services, lab, x-ray, and other ancillary services that are appropriate for patient's management and care. Worksites include 12502 Willowbrook Road, Cumberland, MD 21502; 12500 Willowbrook Road, Cumberland, MD 21502; and, 22221 Westernport Road SW, Westernport, MD The physician may be required to work from home as necessary but must reside within commuting distance of the physical worksites.

    Examines, diagnoses, treats, and/or refers patients; prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications and treatment regiments as appropriate for assessed medical conditions.

    Maintains health record for each patient seen in accordance with health information management policies and procedures.

    Refers clients for appropriate specialty care services, lab, x-ray, and other ancillary services that are appropriate for patient's management and care.

    Qualifications:

    Medical degree

    Must have completed residency training program in Internal Medicine

    Must have completed fellowship program in Cardiology

    Valid Maryland medical license
