Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor and coach designers and creatives, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and craft excellence in retail storytelling.
- Elevate the storytelling and materials craft by pushing the boundaries of materials, finishes, and art direction to transform store concepts into immersive narratives that spark emotion and connection.
- Mine insights to keep Nike at the forefront of visual trends by scouting new creative talent external partners.
