    Inclusively is partnering with a multinational universal bank to hire a Engineer Developer.

    What will you be doing?
    Being responsible for the design and development within the business
    Accounting for the use of DevOps tools such as CI/CD, TDD, GIT and software developments as AGILE, SDLC and ceremonies
    Engaging and participating in all AGILE ceremonies to design sessions with other Technology Project Managers, Developers and Business Analysts
    Interacting with PO and external stakeholders to evaluate business needs and/or data issues & working with the technology team to implement pragmatic solutions
    Providing technical expertise to juniors as applicable & working independently on development tasks, resolution of issues, and adoption of best practices
    Working with microservice based Jaa web framework such as Spring Boot Mirco services and Spring rest

    What we're looking for:
    Excellent skills in Java & related open-source frameworks
    Deep understanding of Object-Oriented programming fundamentals & GOF design patterns
    Ability to deliver independently and in collaborative setting
    Experience working & integrating with SaaS tools, third party libraries and APIs

    Skills that will help you in the role:
    Diligent and proactive on owning their tasks and deliveries
    Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    Knowledge and/or experience working in Capital Markets
    Research-oriented & ability to design solution
