A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced, Live-In Housekeeper/Nanny to join their household in Coral Gables, FL.

The family is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper/Nanny with a strong work ethic who communicates well and is an all-around team player.

Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is able to wear many different hats depending on what any given day brings or what is needed in the house and can handle various tasks with precision and care.

Primary responsibilities will include cleaning, laundry, making beds, changing linens, taking out the garbage, meal preparation, cooking, package handling, and household organization (pantries, closets, etc.).

While minimal childcare is needed (they have 2 middle school-aged children), the best fit is someone who will be an additional nurturing presence in their home.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver. They are not fans of micromanagement; instead, they appreciatean experienced, self-starter who takes initiative and adapts to changing needs.

Must also be able to travel to the Hamptons in the summer.

• Private bedroom and bathroom NOTE: This can also be a Live-In/Live-Out situation if you live close by, where you can live in during the week and live out on the weekends.

The family is open to having someone live in for less time.
