    Magnite is hiring a Senior Engineer with strong Go and Data Systems experience to join our Audience team. We are looking for developers who are passionate about both software creation and achieving customer goals.

    On this team you will be working on applications and services to support one of the biggest data systems in the AdTech industry.

    Collaborate with team members to design, implement and deliver high quality software solutions.
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

    Support the team in creating an audience data pipeline that will be critical in optimizing ad targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign performance.

    Drive the development of scalable and robust software solutions, influencing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Audience solutions at Magnite
    Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and practices.

    Play a crucial role in achieving company objectives by delivering high quality software solutions that meet the customer needs.

    Lead the development and implementation of software projects from inception to deployment.

    Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver features on time and in line with project goals.

    Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, adherence to coding standards and ensure best practices are followed.
    Identify and address technical challenges, optimize code for performance and participate in ongoing code refactoring.
    4+ years experience as a Software Engineer
    ~ Experience in leading software projects
    ~ Experience writing APIs with the Gin Framework
    ~ Experience building highly scalable and low latency systems
    ~ Experience with big data systems such as Aerospike, ElasticSearch and Druid
    ~ Experience supporting operations teams with deployments and debugging production issues
    ~ Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

    Magnite's hybrid schedule includes two days worked remotely (Monday and Friday) and three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

    In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $135,000 - $150,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (
