    Job Title – Business Data Analyst - Wealth Management Experience

    Location: Concord, CA / San Jose, CA (Onsite)

    Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in data warehousing, preferably within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analytics, data modeling, and business intelligence techniques, coupled with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

    Responsibilities:


    • Analyze ingestion data sources to understand data structure, quality, and relevance to business objectives.


    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data mapping documents, ensuring alignment with business needs.


    • Develop and maintain robust data warehousing solutions to support various business functions, with a focus on wealth management and asset management.


    • Define transformation rules and data validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data throughout the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipeline.


    • Perform data analysis, interpretation, and visualization to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making processes.


    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data-driven methodologies.


    • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across multiple sources and platforms.


    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and financial services.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.


    • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, and business intelligence, preferably in the financial services industry.


    • Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation and analysis.


    • Extensive experience with data warehousing concepts, including ETL processes, dimensional modeling, and data governance principles.


    • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, wealth management, and asset management practices.


    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.


    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

    • • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, Certified Business Intelligence Professional) will be a plus.
