**Lead the Pack: Join Us as a Warehouse Supervisor**

**Title:** Warehouse Supervisor

**Pay:** $ $30.28/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

**Location:** Centennial, CO

**Temp-to-Hire**

**What you will do:**

+ Supervises, trains, and supports all warehouse personnel.

+ Adheres to and enforces proper safety standards.

+ Arranges pickup of shipments in accordance with customer specifications for delivery.

+ Receives all incoming material through proper procedure.

+ Maintains daily outgoing and incoming shipment logs.

+ Obtains required documentation for each shipment, such as certification from Quality department, invoicing and any other required documentation.

+ Prints, reviews and reports on customer requirements daily.

+ Conducts cycle counts and physical inventory for all material classifications.

+ Maintains adherence to FIFO.

+ Reviews and sets daily priorities based on customer due dates.

+ Assists Engineering in the shipment of sample parts.

+ Contacts and coordinates carriers for pickups daily.

+ Coordinates all logistics for material staging and finished goods between manufacturing and warehousing.

+ Provides accurate reporting to Upper Management

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

+ 3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience

+ Speaks, reads and writes English

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

+ Ability to follow detailed directions

+ Forklift certified

+ Candidate must have demonstrated data entry skills

+ Candidate must have highly effective communication skills

+ Computer proficiency

+ ERP experience preferred

+ Dependable and self-motivated

+ Able to work with a diverse group of people

+ Strong team player, friendly, patient

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; talk or listen

+ The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; lift overhead; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

+ This position requires frequent manual dexterity in combination with eye/hand coordination such as keyboarding and assembling small parts.

+ Repetitive hand motions and prolonged periods of standing required.

+ Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

+ The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

**Pay Details:** $28.85 to $30.28 per hour
