Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop services
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications
Collaborate with the development team to identify and address technical issues
Keep track of issue resolution progress and provide timely updates to clients
Document support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions
Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Train clients on the use of new technologies and troubleshoot user errors
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in order to provide the best support to clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Time management and multitasking abilities
Experience with various operating systems, including Windows and MacOS
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus
Salary: $43.000 to $58,000 yearly
