- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment up to 50lbs.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards.
- Prepare rooms for guests' arrival by ensuring all amenities are stocked and in place.
- Provide turndown service in the evenings, including refreshing linens, turning down beds, and adjusting lighting.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Report any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and a smooth operation.
