- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and following up on leads
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our commercial cleaning services and their benefits
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at local businesses, understanding their cleaning needs and tailoring our services to meet those needs
- Negotiate and close commercial cleaning contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our company
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract details using our CRM system
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the service industry or a related field
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy schedule
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry preferred
- Business to business sales success is a mandatory requirement
