- As a Mental Health Professional, you will provide individual, partner, family, and group therapy or skills, to improve the quality of individual and family lives.
- You will provide services to individuals representing a broad range of mental health symptoms and associated functional impairments concerns.
- You will complete a diagnostic assessment of the client(s) to develop an appropriate treatment plan and may also provide the diagnostic assessment for PSS services and clinical oversight of the treatment plan.
- You will maintain compliance with clinic and Rule 29 structure, including monthly clinical supervision, staff meeting and medical consultation and will be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping and participate in periodic meetings/training.

- Master's degree and LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), Licensed Psychologist (LP) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) required. Licensure must be active and in good standing with respective Licensing Board.
- Must adhere to licensure ethics and regulations.
- In-service training/education is required to maintain licensure.
- Experience and knowledge of the most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) categories representing the range of mental health disorders.
- Working knowledge and experience in providing therapeutic interventions and therapy approach considered as the best practice of treating the presenting concern, including trauma-informed therapies.
- A valid driver's license and a Motor Vehicle Check.
- Successfully complete the requirements of a background check, including MS 604.20Able to assess and treat the mental health of the clients.
- Must have the following skills: organizational, decision making, critical thinking, analytical, coaching, leadership, conflict resolution, interpersonal effectiveness, accountability and the ability to demonstrate professional boundaries.
