3+ years' experience with handling Indemnity Claims in CA
Experience handling Workers Compensation Claims
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – highly preferred for their client
Plusses:
Bachelor's degree
Self-Insured Certificate and State Certification
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a claim's adjustor for one of our top Claims Management/Healthcare Management companies.
This individual is going to be joining the Claims team consisting of 7 members and reporting to the Claims Supervisor.
They will be responsible for handling a caseload of 130 files that they will need to review every 90 days.
Typically, they will be handling about 4 indemnity claims a day for the end client and will be expected to handle any new claims that come in.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with attorneys and case managers while managing subrogation and negotiating settlements
Confirm policy coverage and validity of the claims
Establish reserves and authorize payments
Develop relationships with customers and comply with regulations
Assist team members' knowledge and understanding of claims practice
