    JOB SUMMARY

    The Data Warehouse Analyst will analyze and assist with the development of ETL Environments and Systems and provide production support for Data Warehouse and the ODS across all business units.

    This role uniquely has a close working relationship with our back of house departments including but not limited to:
    Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and IT.

    This role will be heavily involved in implementing new solutions as the business requires, while also driving to improve existing processes and improve overall data veracity and data velocity.

    As such, this role requires analytical skills, problem solving and knowledge of business system functionality that can be applied to data, with a focus on financial systems.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assists with the development lifecycle, including identifying and implementing solutions, providing support for Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Risk, IT, and Marketing Teams.

    Assists with the Maintenance and enhancements to the existing operational data store used to support the company's primary lines of business.

    Assists with involvement in designing and implementing new data source integrations as demand from the business dictates. Including from a variety of source systems with varying connection criteria and requirements.

    Work with Management and Team leadership to identify key inefficiencies in our global data environment and work with primary stakeholders to improve data availability and quality where business needs dictate.

    Work with Manager of ETL and Office Technology to provide support and guidance to Accounting and Finance with their GL processes.

    Work with team leadership to further support backend data logistics, compliance, legal, and ethical requirements pursuant to the company's goals and objectives


    Such as:
    Loan-Tapes, Fraud/Risk Reporting, ACH automations, payment tracking, and other initiatives as they become relevant.
    Create, test, and deploy additional data integrity processes. When issues arise, troubleshoot and correct data and load errors on a regular basis.
    Support system maintenance, security upgrades and disaster recovery efforts
    All other tasks and duties as assigned related to the position.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Completed Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or a combination of post-secondary education and work experience
    A minimum of 2 years' experience with ETL and data warehousing at a finance company or bank
    A minimum of 1 years' worth of MSSQL, SSIS, and SQL development and/or implementation required
    Experience with Accounting and Finance is a strong plus.
    Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong plus.
    A working knowledge of Python is required.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

    Demonstrated ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and resolve problems with people at all levels across the organization, across lines of business and with third party vendors
    Solid knowledge of practices, procedures, and principles in software development and able to interpret, analyze and document complex concepts and apply these in innovative ways
    Ability to build and help manage processes for all stages of the development lifecycle, and instill controls to maintain an effective UAT and production environments
    Strong understanding of business processes for loan originations and servicing
    Judgment and problem-solving skills sufficient to analyze information to formulate recommendations to problems
    Proficient in self-planning skills to schedule, organize and manage multiple activities of varying complexity according to established plans and adjusting work schedules according to changing priorities and time constraints
    Ability to work ethically without constant supervision, and a need to have a strong sense of responsibility.
    Well-developed analytical skills with strong attention to detail

    Ability to perform in a fast-paced office environment
    Flexibility and ability to work overtime
    Previous experience in Salesforce a plus
    Proficiency with the concepts related to: Data Management, Data Pipelines, Change Tracking, Operation Data Stores, and Azure Platforms
    A Working Knowledge of Stored Procedures and SQL Data types
