Part-Time Ambassador

We are looking for a part-time phone ambassador to support our community by contacting past visitors to the community via phone and inviting them to upcoming events, answering questions about the lifestyle, and promoting life at Wickenburg Ranch.

You will be responsible for calling and speaking with guests and members in a professional, enthusiastic, courteous, and timely manner.

This is a part-time position, approximately 5-20 hours per week. Shifts are approximately 5 hours per day and schedules are set monthly.

Knowledge and Experience

To be a successful phone ambassador for Wickenburg Ranch, you will need:

High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred

Knowledge of the home building and real estate industries a plus, but not required

Basic computer skills - internet, MS Office applications; CRM a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

As a phone ambassador for Wickenburg Ranch, you will:

Engage with prospects using a proven script and be comfortable making 40 calls per shift

Track and manage lists of prospects using our CRM system

Ask for appointments and follow up on commitments

Skillfully deflect questions related to real estate that require a license and perform a smooth handoff to a salesperson.

Work effectively with others and be a team player

Be a responsible self-manager and prioritize your tasks

Be proactive in anticipating problems before they arise and adjust accordingly.

Proficient at data entry and system note taking

Welcome feedback and strive to improve

Have excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly personality
