    We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Service Funds Analyst to join the Client Service team at CAIS. The ideal candidate will be a positive self-starter with excellent Excel skills and great attention to detail. The ideal candidate works well under pressure and has a proven track record of working remotely with little supervision.

    This is a great opportunity to gain unique exposure within the central Client Service team, with a path to a client-facing role as a Client Service Associate, in a fast-paced FinTech firm in the Alternative Investments space.

    ResponsibilitiesReview, process, and analyze alternative investment trades, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfersAggregate, compile, and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor dataPreparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly upload files for Client Reporting databaseEnsure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reportingData input, reconciliation, and management of our CRM system, SalesforceResearch and obtain further information for incomplete documentsAutomate and analyze subscription, transfer, and redemption documentsMaintain and update documents hosted on the CAIS portalLiaise and develop relationships with custodians, third party administrators, and other vendorsResolve and implement scalable solutions for various external parties, including custodians, third party administrators, and other vendorsResolve data reporting system issues and exercise judgment to escalate issues to senior team members as neededAssist in the development of efficient processes and procedures working with the technology team to automate workflow as well as gain in-depth understanding of technology and operational workflow across multiple product linesDevelop, implement, and maintain operating proceduresEnsure timely deliverables of all reportsHelp define and drive scalable solutions across all business lines, including alternative investments and capital marketsAdditional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interestQualificationsBachelors degree in economics, finance or a related discipline preferred1-2 years of financial service industry experience within the Alternative Investment space (Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, etc.)Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and MacrosStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsHighly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
