    Start Date:



    • Manage the senior vice president's daily business by scheduling internal and
    external meetings, and proactively ensuring that meetings and appointments run on
    schedule, compiling the SVP's daily briefing book of meeting materials, tracking
    priorities and to-dos; and preparing and filing expense reports.

    • Represent the SVP by managing correspondence and meeting requests directed to
    the SVP.

    • Draft emails, briefing memos, and various other communications from the SVP to
    internal and external stakeholders.

    • Track relevant social media pertaining to the senior vice president's portfolio and draft
    social media posts.

    • Arrange travel and meetings; develop itineraries, meeting logistics, and agendas.

    • Complete discrete special assignments by establishing objectives, determining
    priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress,
    problem-solving, and adjusting as needed.

    The successful candidate will:

    • Possess a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of progressively responsible executive
    support experience ideally working with c-level executives and board members in a fast-
    paced office setting.

    • Take the initiative to find solutions and act on them.

    • Manage numerous requests/deliverables simultaneously with the expectation of multiple
    and changing priorities.

    • Demonstrate the ability to write clear business correspondence and documents.

    • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and judgment under stress and deadlines.

    • Exercise confidentiality and use professional judgment and discretion.

    • Demonstrate proficiency in performing a variety of complex administrative work.

    • Have a basic understanding of operations, finance, and business strategy.

    The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $25 to $30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
