    Description

    Review document and analyzes the performance of various processes & procedures and maes recommendations for improvements. The job duties wil focus on observing staff, documenting existing pocesses & procedures, determining how to make production Flow more efficient through process re-engineering. The process iprovement manager willensure that once optimized, processes ae clearly stated via documented SOP's and staff adequately trained & engaged.

    salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    Responsibilities

    Document existing processes & procedures using cross functional charting methodologyor similar methodology. Participate in the continuous improvement of technnology solutions for material handling. Analyze existing processes and procedures once documented and optimize for efficiencies. Recommends process improvements & associated training requirements. Established & document SOP's as well as establish the require training to support the established SOP's. Plan, develop, and provide training and staff dvelopment programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training,meetings,conferenced, and workshops. Create & Conduct orientation & trainingsessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires for all Ddepartments. Conduct surveys with management team to identify training needs based on projected production processes,chnages, and other factors. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visuals aids,and other educational materials.
