- Effective internal and external communication skills
- Implement processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- 5-10 years of accounting experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (3+ years preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (preferred)
- Develop, document, and execute efficient Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable procedures
- Maintain accurate billing and payables records
- Validate incoming vendor invoices to ensure compliance with service agreements
- Resolve any discrepancies in vendor invoices promptly
- Ensure accurate billing according to contractual terms
- Provide billing summaries for forecasting
- Collaborate with internal departments to address billing concerns
- Perform other assigned corporate duties

Position Overview:
The **Accounting Manager** plays a vital role in the SocoSIX accounting department. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, payables, and driving continuous improvement in the accounting close process. The **Accounting Manager** reports to the Corporate Controller, collaborates with sales and operational teams, and ensures **US GAAP** compliance. **General ledger accounting** knowledge and familiarity with financial reporting are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with human resources expertise.
