    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Home Remodeling Project Coordinator to join our expanding team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing Pre-Installation Walkthroughs (PIWs), coordinating material orders, and working closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage PIW appointments, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
    • Create and manage tasks in the CRM system
    • Coordinate with Project Managers and other Project Leadership for project assignments
    • Schedule material orders and coordinate with vendors and homeowners while communicating with the PM
    • Communicate with customers regarding project schedules and updates
    • Work with the Project Manager on crew scheduling and communication
    • Manage warranty claims paperwork and leak inspections
    • Generate and review reports on project timelines and statuses
    • Maintain accurate documentation in JobNimbus, CompanyCam, Google Drive, and Google Suite
    • Support Project Managers in customer and crew communication when necessary
    • Identify and process referrals

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management, or a similar type of role
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Versed in residential or commercial construction and a strong understanding of safety
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in using project management software and tools
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
    • Punctual, proactive, efficient, and team-oriented
    • Desire to grow and become a better leader and person
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented

    This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST at our HQ in Bergenfield, NJ.
