Responsibilities
- Maintains a high quality of services offered to guests through the management of the functional areas of reservations, registration, bell services, telephone services and guest accounting to always maximize room revenue and maintain established standards and procedures of Shaner and/or franchise.
- Maintains complete knowledge of hotel features, room types rates room availability expected arrivals/departures Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction Hire train develop hotel team members ensure all required training is complete according to standards Review daily business levels anticipate critical situations plan effective solutions best expedite these situations Prepare weekly work schedules accordance staffing guidelines labor forecasts Adjust schedules throughout week meet business demands Maintain working knowledge Night Audit procedures provide training employees needed Ensure end month reports completed standard Assist staff functions ensure optimum service guests Monitor maintain cleanliness sanitation organization assigned areas Monitor ensure cashiering procedures comply with accounting policies standards Other duties assigned
