    Job title: Front Desk Sales Associate

    Description

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members. You will introduce families to our program, guide them through their first days at our facility, and support swimmers as they progress from mini and junior swimmers to gliders and pros.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Customer Support: Provide WOW Customer Service to our members by addressing their concerns and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Sales and Marketing: Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships and retain existing members by using observation, conversation, and relationship-development skills to identify parent concerns and offer solutions.
    • Operational Tasks: Assist with class scheduling and billing, manage inventory, and complete light cleaning tasks to ensure seamless operations.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with parents, staff, and management.
    • Ability to Perform Physical Job Functions: Ability to perform physical job functions, including standing for extended periods, working from an upright desk, lifting, reaching, and bending, and light cleaning tasks.
    • Certifications and Training: Complete lifeguard, CPR, and AED certification classes as part of training and work as a lifeguard as needed.
