    The Senior Manager will help identify ways to control expenses as well as ensure that properties are performing to their underwritten metrics.

    What will you be doing?Drive key initiatives that will allow the asset management team to scaleDevelop a deep understanding of the data and processes of the company to be able to offer insight and support for the operations team day to dayReview the framework of new and established operational policies, processes, and procedures as well as the resulting work product and decisions made by the operations organization with a team of analysts to recommend strategic changes in policy as it relates to the costs in maintaining SFR homes and making SFR homes ready for move-inDistill operational results using these metrics and other data concisely for key stakeholdersAssist the Director of Asset Management in recommending areas for improvementBe a subject matter expert in all Cost to Maintain items in AFFO, fully understanding the operational processes that unfold that therein impact the financials of the portfolioPerform industry and market-level fundamental researchPerform value-add CAPEX analysis on a home-by-home and portfolio basisWhat we look for:QualificationsBachelors Degree RequiredPrior experience within Single Family/ Multi-Family real estate3 Years of Asset/Underwriting Management (recommendation for time requirements)Preferred QualificationsBackground in construction, general contracting, or managing the make-ready and maintenance decisions for single family rentals homesSQL experienceWe encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the qualificationsWho is Home Partners of America?HPA is a company that provides residents access to housing through our lease purchase program and choice lease program.
