    Job Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for developing and managing a team of Purchasing Coordinators.

    2. Manage, negotiate, and communicate all pricing costs with material and service vendors.

    3. Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors and the field operations team.

    4. Manage and oversee daily operations are being met in the purchasing department.

    5. Approve new material and service vendors.

    6. Set up new material and service vendors in NetSuite.

    7. Review daily purchase requests submitted by the field operations team.

    8. Generate and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in NetSuite from the field's purchase requests and track accordingly to ensure timely deliveries of materials.

    9. Communicate with the field operations team on status and estimated arrival of shipments.

    10. Collect material receipts from the field and receiving the orders into NetSuite.

    11. Monitor temp labor hours and communicate with the field operations team and vendor to ensure there is no overtime.

    12. Verify with the temp agency that current temp labor can be hired on and communicate with the field operations team and human resources.

    13. Request and process business licenses.

    14. Work closely and in collaboration with field leaders.

    15. Leverage volume for national deals that reduce overall cost and provide value.

    16. Develop new and efficient ideas ongoing for the purchasing department in congruence with the field operations team.

    17. Investigate, chronicle, and lead all efforts on equipment.

    18. Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Requirements

    1. AA or AS degree or equivalent experience
    2. A minimum of two years of purchasing experience is required
    3. Strong communication skills necessary for both internal communication and communicating with clients
    4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google docs, with NetSuite being an added benefit
    5. Desire to constantly learn and work with new systems to continually enhance efficiency and effectiveness
