Seeley, Savidge, Ebert & Gourash Co., LPA is seeking an attorney who is has 3-5 years experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Wills, to take over a retiring attorneys book of business.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate must be energetic; self-motivated; detail oriented; able to demonstrate superior time-management skills; handle a high-volume workload and have a deep understanding of probate and estate planning laws. Preferred candidates will also have experience with transactional residential real estate matters; special needs planning; Medicaid; VA planning; and probate litigation.

Requirements

• Meeting with clients;
• Drafting estate plan and probate court documentation;
• Managing clients expectations and returning all calls and email messages within 24 hours;
• Handling a client matter from start to finish;

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio with no disciplinary action.
• 3+ years experience, with a strong focus on Probate and Estate Planning.

Pay

• Negotiable based upon experience
