    Main Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire care, and inspections.
    • Lubricate frontend parts as needed.
    • Identify and diagnose mechanical issues using a checklist of potential trouble spots.
    • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

    Requirements:

    ">
    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • One year or more years of experience in basic car care is helpful but not necessary.
    • Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Must be mechanically inclined.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long-term trust and relationships with customers.

    Additional Information:

    • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending.
    • Exerting occasional force up to lbs and frequently exerting less than 10 lbs of force to move objects.
    • Requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials.
