    The Sales Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.

    This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Sales and Event Managers of the hotel.

    The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.

    This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintenance of incoming calls, walk in inquiries, special projects, coordination and/or assistance with certain events, taking calls for Sales leads, coordinating reservations and amenities for VIP guests or handling general guest requests, as well as general administrative responsibilities.

    The Sales Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.
