patient data determines appropriate diagnostic therapeutic procedures as needed develops implements action plan practice changes enhance patient outcomes arranges hospital admissions discharges at direction supervising physician performs hospital rounds records progress notes transcribes executes specific orders at direction supervising physician compiles narrative case summaries completes forms pertinent patients medical records issues diagnostic orders signed specified time period according guidelines provides instructions guidance regarding medical care matters patients performs assists routine medical techniques procedures job-related duties assigned enhances efficiency cost-effectiveness identifying opportunities decrease costs applicable job.
