    JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Trust Advisors listen. And then they help our clients get to where they want to go, because it matters.

    As a Trust Professional, you will collaborate with a team of Trust Advisors and Administrators in the management of fiduciary accounts. Assisting in the daily management of the trust accounts in accordance with the Bank's fiduciary responsibilities as trustee and executor. You will perform diverse functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, thoughtfulness, and follow-through.

    Wealth Management services and capabilities are an integral part of Security National Bank's offering to clients. With over 74 years of experience in serving as a corporate fiduciary for families, it is important that our Trust and Estate services are delivered by the most capable people, with technical experience as well as the ability to interact with a variety of types of families and individuals.

    • Develops, maintains, and manages relationships with clients that allow for a thorough understanding of their personal and financial needs.
    • Provide counsel to clients with investments, personal financial solutions, and estate planning.
    • Provide exceptional service through a thorough knowledge of the personality in each account.
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, beneficiaries, trustors, and related professionals connected with each account.
    • Administration and fiduciary responsibilities of trust accounts with a moderate to an advanced degree of complexity.
    • Administer estates from asset collection through court processes and distributions per terms of will.
    • Obtains appropriate documentation on accounts, authorizes payments from accounts, and considers tax liabilities.
    • Collaborate with the Tax Department to prepare and review fiduciary and individual tax returns.
    • Comply with all company policies and procedures, state laws, and regulations.
    • Develops new business and promote SNB products and services. Attempt to upgrade client relationships where appropriate.
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
    • A verifiable record of new business development and retention.
    • A record of community involvement.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills required.
    • Service-oriented, polite, and respectful.
    • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed.
    • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively.
    • Creative problem solver with the ability to objectively review a challenge and suggest multiple alternative.
    HOURS:

    Regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Some extended business hours with events.
