Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p (8x5) 40 hours per weeks, with 2 weekends in call rotation, M-F, no call

Length: 12 weeks

Requirements:

• ME License
• 2 or more years of Physical Therapy experience
• Experienced Home Care Physical Therapist
• BLS
