    The Account Manager is primarily responsible for saturating and expanding key accounts. The AccountManager works directly with customers to identify and qualify requisitions.

    Additionally, the AccountManager manages all recruiting and delivery resources, including customer support, to make sure boththe clients hiring needs and the contract employees expectations are met.

    The Account Manager mayserve as a single point of contact to maintain the relationship with and business needs of Amergis highvolume clients.

    Account Managers may also have inside sales duties and meetings with key customers.

    The Account Manager may be responsible for certain business development and management functions,which will vary by office and determined by the direct manager of the Account Manager.

    For instance,the Account Manager is potentially responsible for directing performance of Recruiters, ClientCoordinators, and Field Support team members depending on the demands of key active accounts andother local accounts throughout the office.

    The Account Manager is also in charge of all operationalduties, including:
    operating rhythm, travel coordination, and ATS/CRM usage

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Saturates and expands key assigned account(s) through relationships and manages fulfillment of quality candidates and exceptional customer serviceComposes RFPs and other documents/requests as requiredCollects and manages open positions (long term orders in Recruitcare) for clients in respective territoryTracks and reports Recruitcare productivity and weekly recruitment activity to ensure that the minimum company expectations are met or exceededManages day-to-day office operational duties including leading Red Zone, End Zone, Business Line Meetings during business hoursProvides regular contact and develops and maintains relationships with assigned accounts to evaluate needs, performance, and business development opportunitiesDesigns and executes recruitment strategies based on key accounts business needs and industry/competitive research to attract quality candidatesDevelops compensation design for active caregivers and field staffManages the performance and development of Recruiters, Client Coordinators and Field Support team members, as applicableDevelops and implements client and caregiver retention strategiesIdentifies challenges/breakdowns in the onboarding process internally with key accounts and develops solutions that maintain applicable requirements, quality, and customer serviceReports production and results to applicable leadershipBuilds and cultivates relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals and business development leadsManages the match and submittal process for all assigned Recruiters and maintains sales and recruitment KPIsEnsures candidate meets required standards of hire for Amergis Healthcare Staffing and applicable contract(s)

    Teaches recruiters how to negotiate salaries, terms and conditions of employment with candidatesManages and disciplines, as needed, active caregivers and field staff while on assignment (nonclinical functions); assesses and investigates caregiver and field staff related problems and provide performance counseling, coaching and disciplinary actions when necessaryEnsures client expectations are understood and met; addresses and resolves concerns relating to customer service or caregiver and field staff performanceDocuments candidate, caregiver, field staff, and client correspondence and activities within system of recordDirects the on-call schedule for the assigned account(s); performs on-call as neededDevelops understanding of procurement process and participates in the process as neededFunctions as primary member of the interdisciplinary office teamPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements :
