    FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

    HOURL Y WAGE: $23:00 - $28.00/HOURLY

    SCHEDULED HOURS: AS NEEDED

    HOURS: MON - FRI - STARTING AT 8:00 a.m. - NOT REMOTE

    MAJOR FUNCTION:

    Responsible for coordinating a full range of office activities, specialized clerical support, and projects, assisting in planning, organizing, implementing, and accomplishing department day-to-day functions and goals.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide support to our customers in a variety of ways: answer incoming calls and diligently relay messages to manager, send correspondence in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service when completing quote and order processing.
    • Preparation and management of all memos, including account outreach for memo reconciliation.
    • Responsible for bookkeeping functions including managing accounts receivables and invoicing.
    • Manage inventory control processes (e.g. daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements) to ensure accuracy.
    • Manage supply inventory including replenishment needs, order process, and optimal storage organization.
    • Perform all aspects of the fulfillment process; including, but not limited to: picking, packing, labeling, and shipment of product.
    • Oversee the inbound/outbound delivery of mail and packages.
    • Quality control incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure completeness and accuracy.
    • Delivering items (local area only) to businesses in a safe, timely manner.
    • Acts as a liaison and manages the relationship with CRM.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
