    Key Responsibilities:
    Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to perform tasks such as turning, drilling, bar feeder, and live tooling.

    Optimize set-up times, maximize machine utilizationAbility to run CNC vertical mills/robo drillsUnderstand specifications of the tasks by reading blueprints, route instructionsExperience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Troubleshoot programs and make adjustments when neededSetup CNC lathe machines to complete full cycles to produce a high and low volumeof parts, improve productivity, maintain offsets, and inspect parts with a high degree of precisionFollow the in-process part inspection process, and notify the Supervisor/Lead on the occurrence of non-conformance.

    Communicate with superintendents, managers, production control, and quality personnel for assignments, and resolve quality issues.
    Work safely and wear all required PPE for the duration of the shift.

    Document all issues written to ensure a smooth transition between shiftsCheck and perform preventive maintenance dailySchedule:2nd Shift, Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat are we looking for?We're looking for engaged individuals who are adaptable to a changing environment, take pleasure in learning, and enjoy working with others

    Key Competencies:


    Knowledge of all required measuring equipment which includes calipers, gaugesProficient math skillsAbility to document machining procedures Knowledge of metals, part-holding fixtures, and lathe/mill toolingExperience in Okuma, Mazak, and Mori lathe machines preferredSimple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in EnglishPhysically able to handle heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning componentsWork scheduled hours and comply with the company's timekeeping policy and all other company policiesAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environmentConsistently stand for an entire shiftStrong knowledge of machining practices and materials is a must, as is general mechanical knowledgeWillingness to be trained with a desire to learnAbility to work in a team settingGreat work ethic, reliable, positive attitudeTo perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company's Paragould, Arkansas branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
